These terms cover this website (digitaltinkerers.com) and the Discord applications operated by Digital Tinkerers. Using either means you're okay with what follows — which is deliberately short and reasonable.

Our content

Everything on this site — Junk Force, its characters (yes, including Noki and Roboto), artwork, video, text, and the Digital Tinkerers brand — belongs to Digital Tinkerers. Don't reuse it commercially without asking us first.

Press & creators: the material in our press kit is there to be used. Reviews, videos, streams, articles and coverage of any kind are welcome and don't require permission.

The website

• The site is provided as-is. We keep it accurate and running as best we can, but we make no warranties and may change or remove content at any time.
• The newsletter is free and you can leave whenever you like — every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Don't abuse the forms (spam, automated submissions, attempts to break things). We filter for this and we will ignore you.

Our Discord applications

• Our Discord applications (such as the DTs Sync Notes Bot) are built for servers we run. They post content from our team and take no other action.
• They are provided as-is, and we may modify or shut them down at any time.
• Using Discord itself remains governed by Discord's own terms.

Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Digital Tinkerers is not liable for damages arising from the use of this website or our Discord applications. If some part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
